Open Stakeholder event: "Accelerating CCUS Deployment by Connecting Policy, Industry, and Innovation"

We are pleased to invite you to the upcoming open stakeholder event “Accelerating CCUS Deployment by Connecting Policy, Industry, and Innovation”, which will take place in Trieste, Italy, on October 14^th 2026.

The event is organised by the COREu project, which will hold its Annual Meeting the following day, with HERCCULES supporting the organization.

It will bring together stakeholders from across the CCUS value chain, including industry representatives, policymakers, researchers, and technology providers, to discuss the latest developments, opportunities, and challenges related to the large-scale deployment of CCUS in Europe.

The programme will include technical and strategic panel discussions focusing on policy frameworks, regional CCUS strategies, technological innovation, and industrial collaboration, as well as opportunities for networking and exchange with key actors in the sector.

In the afternoon, participants will also have the opportunity to join two dedicated site visits to Saipem and Gas Vessel Production, showcasing innovative technologies for CO₂ monitoring and multimodal CO₂ transport.
